It means placing an order for a product that is not in immediate stock and will be specially made to order for you .
Since the garments are made from scratch, the production time is longer:
between 10 and 20 business days from when you make your purchase (before shipping).

ORDER PROCESS
CONFIRMATION
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your order details.
PRODUCTION
The manufacturing time is 1 to 10 business days from the purchase confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be extended.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
We ship throughout Chile via Blue Express.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The delivery times shown in the store are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, availability, and peak demand periods.
During events, promotions, or special sales, production and shipping times may be longer than usual.
SECURITY
We never request additional payments or personal information via SMS, WhatsApp, or external links. If you receive such a message, ignore it: it may be a fraud attempt.
If your order is experiencing an unusual delay, we will contact you by email with an update.
We work on each order individually to ensure a high-quality finish before shipping.
The pieces are produced in limited editions and are made to order. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We do not offer refunds.
We do not accept exchanges due to buyer's remorse, preference for another design, or errors made during the purchase process.
Due to rapid stock turnover and the limited nature of each edition, we do not offer exchanges once the purchase is confirmed, as the requested size or garment may sell out quickly.
SIZE EXCEPTION
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a size exchange if you contact us in advance at bf@shopfrover.cl and the item is in stock at the time of processing the request.
In these cases, the return and reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
The garment must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
The deadline to request this exception is up to 7 business days from receipt of the order.
To review this, you must write to bf@shopfrover.cl indicating your order number and the size you need.
We recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing, as availability for exchanges is not guaranteed.
MANUFACTURING OR SHIPPING ERROR
If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or a size different from the one requested in your order, we will process the exchange free of charge.
You must contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
The garment must be unused and in its original packaging.
We process each order individually to maintain a consistent standard for every piece and ensure clarity in each case.
