ORDER PROCESS

CONFIRMATION
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your order details.

PRODUCTION
Manufacturing time is 1 to 10 business days from purchase confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be extended.

DISPATCH AND TRACKING
We ship to all of Chile via Blue Express.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The delivery times shown in the store are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, availability, and peak demand dates.
During events, promotions, or special sales, production and shipping times may be longer than usual.
