EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The pieces are produced in limited editions and are made to order. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We do not offer refunds.
We do not accept exchanges due to buyer's remorse, preference for another design, or errors during purchase.
Due to rapid stock turnover and the limited nature of each edition, we do not make changes once the purchase is confirmed, as the requested size or garment may sell out quickly.
SIZE EXCEPTION
Exceptionally, we can consider a size change if you write to us in advance at bf@shopfrover.cl and there is stock availability at the time of processing the request.
In these cases, the return and reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
The garment must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
The deadline to request this exception is up to 7 business days from receipt of the order.
To check it, you must write to bf@shopfrover.cl indicating your order number and the size you need.
We recommend checking the size guide before purchasing, as availability for exchanges is not guaranteed.
MANUFACTURING OR SHIPPING ERROR
If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or a different size than the one requested in your order, we will manage the exchange at no cost.
You must contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
The garment must be unused and in its original packaging.
We work on each order individually to maintain a consistent standard in every piece and provide clarity in every case.
