Refund policy

The pieces are produced in limited editions and are made to order. For this reason, all purchases are considered final.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • We do not accept exchanges due to buyer's remorse or preference for another design.
  • We do not handle returns for errors in accidental purchases.

SIZE EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges for size if the garment does not fit as expected.
  • The customer must cover the return and reshipping costs.
  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The deadline to request a change is up to 7 business days from receipt.
  • To process this, write to bf@shopfrover.cl indicating your order number and the required size.
  • We recommend checking the size guide before purchasing.

EXCHANGES DUE TO MANUFACTURING ERROR

  • If you receive a part with a manufacturing defect or a different size than requested, the exchange will be processed free of charge.
  • You must contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
